40 Arpent Wetlands Observatory

This modern construction boathouse with a lagoon provides access to the 40 Arpent Canal for canoeing, kayaking, paddle boating, fishing, and general nature observation.

A favorite of the locals, this site would serve as an excellent backdrop for a heartfelt scene between loved-ones or as a launch point to capture a scrolling shot of the canal bank.
